Multisport Race 8.5 km run, 32 km Road cycle, 9 km Canal paddle .
Duathlon 8.5 km run, 32 km Road cycle, 2 km run .

The Run - 8.5km Starting and finishing at the corner of McLennans Bush and Rosehill roads the run takes you in a circle Approx 3 km shingle road, 1.5 km up Pudding Hill stream, 2 km through the Awa Awa Rata Reserve, 2.5 km Shingle Road to the finish this is a really cool run the fastest time will be around 38 min, first time Wanabe
Multisporters around 55 to 60 min.
The Cycle - 32 km Cyclists head down McLennans Bush Road turn left onto Arundel Rakaia Gorge Road for approx 7 km then turn left onto Blackford Road for 6.5km where they will turn around and head back down to turn right onto Arundel Rakaia Gorge Road again for 1.2 km then left onto Mt Hutt Station Rd for approx 2.5km then left onto Rakaia River road for 9 km finishing at the Kayak transition on the west side of the RDR bridge.Please dismount where the Marshals direct you.
The Kayak -9 km Canal Paddle RDR out and back.

-The run starts on the corner of McLennans Bush Road and Rosehill Road. It will be sign posted from the Main Rd and parking will be on private property please park where directed
- Crews will head down McLennans Bush Road (Stop) then proceed across the road when clear onto Waimarama Road. After the RDR crossing turn left onto Mt Hutt Station road for approx 250m then first right onto Back Track follow to Barkers Road (stop) then turn left into Barkers Rd follow to the Rakaia River Rd intersection turn right ( Please make sure you give way to any cycle competitors coming down Rakaia River Rd) the RDR transistion is 500m down the Road. ( please Park where directed)
